Return Policy

Refunds/Returns

We offer refunds for returned items only under the following conditions: If a customer wishes to return any item(s) purchased from Monsters On Main LLC dba MyMovieMonsters.com for a refund, they must first request an authorization number from us via email at eeeck_mail@monstersonmainstreet.com or by phone at (951) 600-7154 within 3 days of delivery of the item(s).

If a return is authorized by us, the item(s) must be returned within 10 days at the expense of the buyer. Once we receive the item(s) and determine that the item(s) are still in new condition, unopened, and in original shrink-wrap and/or manufacturer packaging, we will provide to the customer a refund via the original credit card used for the purchase within two days of receipt of the returned items. Depending on the size of the order (i.e., number of items), there may be a 20% restocking fee.

No Refund/Return Items

Certain items marked "all sales final" in their item descriptions are not available for refunds/returns. We are not responsible for items damaged by delivery providers if shipping insurance to cover the entire order value was not purchased. Battery-operated products manufactured for than 2 years prior to purchase, as indicated in the product description, run the risk of battery leakage if batteries are included in the product or part of a "Try Me" feature of the packaging. No refund or return available.

Duplicate Orders/Purchases

If a duplicate order for an item or items is purchased for any reason, we will ship the duplicate item or items unless alerted immediately by the customer, at which time a store credit will be issued for the full amount. Or, upon request, we will provide to the customer a refund via the original credit card used for the purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

Once a subscription order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Yearly subscriptions are paid in advance. There is no provision for refunds once the subscription starts.
