We ship most items via the U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage service (2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) by customer choice. Some larger items are shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 business days) at our determination. Shipping insurance is included for up to $100 for each of those services. Additional coverage can be added at checkout. Store pickup is available at no charge at Monsters On Main, 510 Main St., Van Buren AR 72956-5110.

We do not ship overseas. Customers in Canada should contact us first before ordering to ensure correct postage is purchased.

We honor payments made through all major U.S. credit cards and through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and PayPal if the customer has access to these payment services.

We also accept orders by mail with payment by U.S. mail order or U.S. bank check or personal check made payable to Monsters On Main LLC and mailed to Monsters On Main, 510 Main St., Van Buren, AR 72956-5110. We will ship orders paid by money order within 2 business days. Orders paid by personal check will be held 10 days to clear the bank.
